MAX Metal at a European Trade Show in 2026

In April, the MAX Metal team travelled to Europe to exhibit at one of the region's leading international trade shows. Over four days, our booth was a steady stop for visitors from across the industry, and we spent nearly every hour in conversation.

What we brought

We wanted the booth to give people a real feel for what we make, so we set up a good range of waste and recycling solutions:

   • Recycling bins in stainless steel, with colour-coded openings for cans, plastic and paper

   • Outdoor litter bins in powder-coated steel, built for parks, streets and public squares

   • Wood-and-steel bins that combine a warm timber finish with a durable metal frame

   • Bin enclosures that tidy up wheelie bins and hold up well to weather and daily use

   • Ash stands and smoking-area units for entrances and outdoor break spots

Visitors could walk around the pieces, open the doors, check the finish and ask questions on the spot. Most of the conversations began with a closer look at the materials and the build quality.

Beyond the products

Alongside the samples, our display boards showed the factory behind them: sheet metal processing, welding and packaging, along with our quality certifications. Many visitors told us they appreciate seeing how things are made before they place an order, so it was good to give them that picture.

We also spent a lot of time on custom projects. ODM and OEM work is a big part of what we do, and the show gave us a chance to talk through sizes, finishes, branding and logistics directly with buyers, distributors and project contractors.

Looking back

The show was a good reminder of what we enjoy most about this business: sitting down with people, hearing what they need for their city, property or product line, and working out how we can build it. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, and to the colleagues who made the stand come together.
